Ingredients
- 7oz sheep cheese, halved
- 6 hot chilli peppers
- 10 pitted green olives
- 10 pitted black olives
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Chilli flakes, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
Instructions
Step 1
Flip unit down to the horizontal position and push the lever back all the way until it clicks into position.
Step 2
Divide the cheese, peppers, olives and tomatoes between two ramekins or two 10cm baking dishes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with chilli flakes and black pepper as desired.
Step 3
Place both dishes on grill tray and insert tray into unit. Select GRILL, select HIGH and set timer to 14 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin.
Step 4
When cooking is complete, remove tray from unit. Serve immediately.
