Hazelnut Cookie Dough Truffles
The perfect recipe to whip up and wow your guests this Christmas. And better still should you guest prefer them baked, simply flatten slightly and pop into an oven at 180c for 12 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2.8oz dairy free butter
- 3.5oz light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp dairy free milk
- 2.45oz hazelnuts
- 4.9oz plain flour
- 3.5oz dark chocolate chips
- 1.75oz dark chocolate (melted)
- 1.75oz dairy free white chocolate (melted)
Instructions
Step 1
Begin by adding the butter and sugar to a bowl and using an electric whisk cream the ingredients together.
Step 2
Next add the vanilla extract and dairy free milk and whisk again until combined.
Step 3
Place the hazelnuts into the ninja blender and blend until they turn into fine crumbs. Add them to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Step 4
Add the flour and combine and then fold through the dark chocolate chips.
Step 5
Once the chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the mixture roll it into approx.10 balls.
Step 6
Place them onto a lined baking tray and into the fridge to set for a minimum of 1 hour.
Step 7
Melted the dark and white chocolate and drizzle over for decoration before serving.
