Instant Nut Milk
Ever been caught short and ran out of milk? Now you can make your own in an instant! This creamy, dreamy, delicious Instant Nut Milk is perfect in coffee, porridge, and poured over cereal.

Ingredients
- 19.25fl. oz cold water
- 2 tbsp cashew butter (or any other nut/seed butter)
- 20 drops vanilla stevia or 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp flax or MCT oil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp calcium carbonate powder (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Add 400ml of cold water to the Ninja Cup along with the remaining ingredients. Run the MAX BLEND program twice.
Step 2
Pour through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve then transfer to a suitable container. Add the remaining water and shake.
Notes:
Refrigerate for up to 3-5 days and shake before use to disperse the sediment. Please note that the flax oil and calcium carbonate are optional. They help to create a froth when using in hot drinks.
