Air Grill
Minced Chicken Patties
I make these for Meal Prep every week. In this recipe minced Chicken is combined with simple
spices and air fried. I add them to salads and wraps throughout the week.
Ingredients
- 2lbs Chicken Mince (Thigh)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 large Onion Diced
- Half a handful Coriander chopped finely
- 1 tbsp Ginger Crushed
- 1 tbsp Garlic Crushed
- 1 tsp Green Chilli paste
- 1 tbsp Chickpea Flour (Dry roasted in a pan for 2 - 3 minutes)
- 1 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt
- Spray Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Combine chicken mince with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
Oil hands very slightly and shape mixture into round kebabs.
Step 3
Spray Kebabs with Oil and working in batches air fry them at 180 C for 4 - 6 minutes flipping mid
way.
