Mozzarella Carozza
Mozzarella In Carrozza is a popular Italian fried mozzarella sandwich that has 3 main variations (with a bechemel sauce, with béchamel and ham or just plain) - I have made a plain version here with the option to add mild spices to the breadcrumb. The sandwich is golden crisp on the outside and has a melted mozzarella centre.
