Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 x 225g Salmon Fillets
- 1 Orange (Juice Only)
- 2.1oz Apricot Jam
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp Ginger crushed
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Combine Oil, Orange Juice, Jam, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Salt && Pepper in a pan and bring to a simmer.
Step 2
Pour over the Salmon.
Step 3
Air fry at 200C, 5 - 8 minutes. Check every minute after the 5 minute mark to make sure it isn’t catching.
