Panko Broccoli Bites
Here is a tasty way to jazz up the beloved broccoli. Crunchy on the outside, dunked in some spicy mayo they are absolutely delicious. Get your vegetable hating friends and family to try, and they'll be hooked

Ingredients
- 1 large head (cut into florets) broccoli
- 7.75oz dairy free milk
- 2.8oz plain flour
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2.7oz corn starch
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch salt
- 4.2oz panko bread crumbs
- To taste spicy vegan mayo (or vegan mayo plus sriracha)
- To taste Chopped chives
Instructions
Step 1
Start by making the batter. Combine plain flour, corn starch, dairy free milk, sriracha, salt, lime juice and soy sauce
Step 2
Empty the panko bread crumbs into a bowl, and then dip each broccoli floret into the batter before coating thoroughly with breadcrumbs
Step 3
Add to your Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker, and cook on air crisp setting at 200C for 10 minutes
Step 4
Serve with spicy vegan mayo and chopped chives
