- 4oz gluten free oats
- 3oz salted peanut butter
- 2fl. oz maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3oz dairy free chocolate
- 1oz melted coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Blend the oats in the food processor bowl on high, until you have a rough flour consistency
Step 2
Pour the oat flour into a bowl with everything except the chocolate
Step 3
Break the chocolate into chunks and place in the processor bowl, using the chop option until you are left with small chunks
Step 4
Add the chocolate to the bowl and mix everything together into a thick cookie dough
Step 5
Press the mixture into a lined 7x7 inch cake tin
Step 6
Place in the fridge for an hour to set before cutting into squares
Step 7
Store in the fridge
