Pesto Spaghetti
This Pesto Pasta is an easy recipe that is perfect for weeknight meals. Spaghetti tossed in pesto sauce with a drizzle of lemon juice. Ready in just 20 minutes.

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 7oz spaghetti
- 17fl. oz water
- 6oz pesto (store bought)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- parmesan, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Break spaghetti into half and add it to the inner pot.
Step 2
Add water and olive oil.
Step 3
Push the Spaghetti under the water.
Step 4
Close lid of the foodi with vent in sealing position.
Step 5
Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and cook at high pressure for 4 minutes.
Step 6
When it beeps, quick release the pressure manually. (Carefully slide the valve to vent).
Step 7
Add the pesto. Toss to coat the spaghetti well.
Step 8
Mix in the lemon juice. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
