TIP: Can't find pumpkin spice? Mix together 2 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, heaped 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp clove, 1/4 tsp allspice, and a tiny dash black pepper to make your own.

Ingredients

  • 3oz ice cubes
  • 2fl. oz Irish cream liqueur OR plant-based equivalent
  • 0fl. oz spiced OR white rum
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix or mixed spice, plus extra to decorate
  • Pinch sea salt of bicarbonate of soda
  • Whipped cream, or plant-based equivalent, to decorate
  • Granola, to decorate

Instructions

Step 1
Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.

Step 2
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed, except for the decorating ingredients. Secure the lid back on the vessel.

Step 3
To blend, double-click the Blend Button.

Step 4
When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off. (Blend again if necessary)

Step 5
Transfer to 2 suitably sized glasses and top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, and granola, if desired.
