Purple People Eater Potion
This Purple People Eater Potion is a fun little take on the classic Halloween song. A fruity mocktail with a quirky twist.
TIP: Use Erlenmeyer flasks/glasses for that super spooky vibe! Jelly crystals will yield a sweet-tasting drink and Sherbert crystals a sour one. For extra aesthetic add edible purple drink shimmer. To make it boozy add 4 shots of black raspberry liqueur or spirit of choice.
Ingredients
- 3 ice cubes
- 5oz fresh blueberries, divided
- 7fl. oz brewed butterfly pea tea, chilled (can sub for water or fruit tea)
- 3fl. oz purple grape juice
- 1oz berry flavoured vegan jelly crystals OR raspberry sherbert crystals
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Sparkling water, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.
Step 2
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add all the ingredients, in the order listed, except for 50g of the blueberries and the sparkling water. Then secure the lid back on the vessel.
Step 3
To blend, double-click the Blend Button.
Step 4
When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off. Repeat blending process if necessary.
Step 5
Divide remaining blueberries between 2 glasses then pour drink until half full. Pour chilled sparkling water on top and enjoy!
