Ingredients

  • 4.2oz medjool dates (pits removed and finely chopped)
  • 1.4oz cacao powder
  • 4.38oz smooth peanutbutter
  • 7oz mixed nuts
  • 1.23fl. oz maple syrup
  • 1.05fl. oz coconut oil
  • 7oz dairy free white chocolate
  • 30 edible eyes

Instructions

Step 1
Simply place all the ingredients except for the white chocolate and edible eyes into the blender and blend until combined and large crumbs form.

Step 2
Roll the mixture into 10 balls and place them onto a cooling rack or tray. Place that into the freezer for 10minutes

Step 3
Meanwhile melt the white chocolate in the microwave.

Step 4
Coat the bliss balls in chocolate and place back on the cooling rack. Add 3 eyes to each.

Step 5
Once all the balls are covered and eyes added place the rack back into the freezer for a few minutes to set.
