Sweet Chilli Tofu with Roasted Cauliflower & Broccoli
This sticky, spicy midweek Vegan meal is so fast to make and goes perfectly with some fluffy rice sprinkled with sesame seeds

Ingredients
For the veg mix
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 broccoli
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
For the tofu
- 9.8oz block tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 5 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, some for glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Prep the veg by washing and cutting the cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces
Step 2
Place in a bowl and add the chilli oil, salt and black pepper. Mix until the broccoli and cauliflower is covered
Step 3
Add this to tray 1 of the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer
Step 4
Add the tofu into a bowl, add the oil and then the seasoning. Mix until all combined
Step 5
Add this to tray 2 of the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer
Step 6
Press 1 on the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer. Press roast, set the temp to 180c and the time to 12 mins
Step 7
Press 2 on the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer. Press air fry, set the temp to 190c and the time to 18mins. Press SYNC and then START
