Vegetarian Pizza
We now only make pizza in the Ninja Grill because the results are so amazing. This pizza was made for the meat lovers in our family who are trying to cut down on their consumption. Add in your favourite toppings to make them unique for every member of the family!

Ingredients
For the passata mix
- 2 Crushed garlic cloves
- A pinch of Dried oregano
- To taste Salt and pepper
For the pizza
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pack Pre-made pizza dough
- 3 Mushrooms (sliced finely)
- 1 tbsp Jalapeno slices
- ¼ Red pepper cut into 1 inch squares
- 2 tbsp Corn kernels
- ½ small Red onion (sliced finely)
- 2 handfuls Mozzarella and chedder (combined)
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the ingredients for the passata mix in a bowl
Step 2
Preheat the grill on the bake setting, using the high temperature
Step 3
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Poke holes all over with a fork
Step 4
Once the grill has pre-heated, place the dough into the grill and allow to bake on high for 3 – 4 minutes
Step 5
Open the grill and carefully add the passata and vegetables on to the dough
Step 6
Top with the cheese
Step 7
Bake for a further 4 – 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted
