Ingredients
- 3.5oz dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
- 3.5oz nuts of choice
- 1.05oz cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pumpkin seeds, to decorate
Instructions
Step 1
Place the drained dates into your Ninja Kitchen Nutri Ninja food processor along with 1 tablespoon of the soaking liquid, nuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Step 2
Blend well until the ingredients have broken down and the mixture comes together.
Step 3
Divide into the same size pieces and roll into ‘fingers’. Add a pumpkin seed ‘nail’ on the top of each then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then ready to serve!
