Beetroot Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas- drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic-crushed
- 1 tbsp light tahini
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Juice from 1 lemon
- As needed water
- Pinch smoked paprika
- Optional chilli flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in your Ninja Kitchen food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Start by adding a little water, then you can gradually add more if you’d like a thinner consistency.
