Ingredients

  • 1 Peach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5g sugar of choice (I’ve used erythritol for a sugar free version)
  • NADA
  • NADA

Instructions

Step 1
Freeze Bananas for at least 4 hours.

Step 2
Add frozen Banana and vanilla to your ninja ice cream maker and prepare your healthy ice cream.

Step 3
Put 5g Erythritol or sugar of choice in a pan and wait until the sugar becomes liquid.

Step 4
Halve the peach and put into the pan. Let it caramelize 7-9 Minutes. Use a Lid to keep the heat.

Step 5
Garnish your caramelized peach with your healthy ice cream and serve with chocolate.
