Chicken Burger
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 slices of bread (make this into breadcrumbs)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 5.25oz flour
To serve with
- halloumi sticks
- onion rings
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl beat 2 eggs.
Step 2
In another bowl add the flour.
Step 3
In another bowl add the rest of the ingredients & mix well.
Step 4
Coat each Chicken breast in flour.
Step 5
Then dip in the egg mixture.
Step 6
And finally dip in the breadcrumb mix.
Step 7
If you want an extra thick coating, dip in the egg and breadcrumbs again.
Step 8
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Put the Ninja on 170° AC and preheat.
Step 10
Then place the Chicken on to wire rack and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 11
Then remove the rack and add you onion rings and halloumi sticks, then place the rack back in and cook for 10/15 or until Golden.
Step 12
Place you burger in the bun of your choice, with anything else you fancy...Delish.
