Ingredients

  • 7oz medjool dates, pitted
  • 0oz vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 zest of orange
  • 0oz ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp coconut or almond milk
  • 0oz cacao nibs (optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Place all the ingredients, except for the cacao nibs, in the processor bowl

Step 2
Process on medium speed until everything is combined, 10-20 seconds

Step 3
Roll the mixture between your hands to create 12 protein balls

Step 4
Crush the cacao nibs (if using), then roll each ball to coat

Step 5
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
