Greek Falafel With Creamy Spinach Orzo

LEVEL 1 (Combi Pan)
- 15oz orzo pasta
- 0.22 gallons 1L water
- 3oz fresh spinach, packed
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 4fl. oz tzatziki
- 1oz crumbled feta
LEVEL 2 (Bake Tray)
- 8-12 frozen falafel
TOPPINGS (optional)
- Tzatziki
- Cucumbers
- Fresh Parsley
- Hummus
- Roasted red peppers
Instructions
Step 1
Place the orzo, water, spinach and salt in the Combi Pan and mix until combined. Slide pan into Level 1.
Step 2
Place falafel patties on Bake Tray and slide the tray into Level 2.
Step 3
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS, set temperature to 175°C, and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 8 minutes before cooking).
Step 4
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Stir parsley, tzatziki, and feta into orzo. Serve falafel with creamy orzo and desired toppings.
