Lychee Sorbet
Ingredients
- 6.65oz oat cream (8.3% fat)
- 1.75oz agave syrup
- 1 Juice of lime
- 1 tin (250g) lychees, drained
Instructions
Step 1
Mix oat cream, agave syrup and lime juice in a bowl until well combined.
Step 2
Put lychees in the tub then pour oat cream mixture over lychees and mix well.
Step 3
Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.
Step 4
Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl, install paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Step 5
Select SORBET.
Step 6
Once processing is complete, remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
