Ingredients
- 3 crumpets
- Softened butter, for spreading as desired
- 3oz mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 apple, cored, sliced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp pickle or chutney
- 3 pickled onions, sliced
Instructions
Step 1
Flip unit down to the horizontal position and push the lever back all the way until it clicks into position.
Step 2
Place crumpets on grill tray and insert into unit. Select GRILL, select HIGH and set time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. Turn crumpets over halfway through cooking.
Step 3
When cooking is complete, remove tray. Top toasted crumpets with butter, cheese, apple slices, chives, pickle or chutney and pickled onions. Return tray to unit.
Step 4
Select GRILL, select MED and set the time to 2 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.
Step 5
When cooking is complete, remove tray from unit and serve immediately.
