Prawn Curry
This Prawn Curry Recipe is a rich, delicious and aromatic recipe that is quick and easy to prepare. It is delicious served with chapatti, naan or rice.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Onion Diced
- 3/4 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste (Optional)
- 7oz Tomatoes Pureed, tinned or fresh
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Madras Curry Powder (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 7oz King Prawns Cleaned and Deveined
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the Ninja Foodi on Saute mode.
Step 2
Add Oil and once hot, add Onion and Garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli and saute for 1 minute.
Step 4
Stir in Tomatoes and Tomato Puree.
Step 5
Add Coriander powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Madras Curry Powder and Water.
Step 6
Add Prawns.
Step 7
Close the lid and select Manual. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Do a quick release.
Step 8
Serve warm with Rice, Chapaati or Naan.
