- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 8.8oz cold filtered water
- 7oz frozen raspberries
- 2oz maple syrup
- 1.7oz dark chocolate
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- sea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to the glass pitcher. Secure the lid and select the ‘SMOOTH SOUP' setting and let the program run. Once the program is completed carefully remove the lid and leave to cool for 5 minute
Step 2
Pass the soup through a fine mesh sieve in order to remove any raspberry seeds and serve immediately. Top with frozen raspberries, chocolate curls, or a dollop of coconut yogurt.
