Ingredients

  • 2 ruby grapefruits
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Step 1
Add in the grill plate and set the Ninja Health Grill && Air Fryer to GRILL on HIGH. Set the time to 7 minutes and let the unit pre-heat

Step 2
Cut the grapefruits in half then sprinkle the sugar on top of the open fruit. Stir together the spices then sprinkle over evenly, followed by a pinch of sea salt on each

Step 3
Once the unit prompts to add food, carefully place each grapefruit half cut side down. Close the unit and leave to cook for the allocated time. Once cooking is complete, remove using silicone tongs and serve immediately
