Ingredients

  • 5oz drained kalamata olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 anchovies
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled
  • 1fl. oz olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves

Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients into the CUP, then install the blade assembly.  

Step 2
Select PULSE 3-4 times until roughly chopped 

Step 3
Remove blades after blending. Serve tapenade on sliced baguette bread.
