- 5oz drained kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 2 anchovies
- 1 large garlic clove, peeled
- 1fl. oz olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves
Instructions
