Ingredients

  • 1oz olive oil
  • 1 1/4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 baby cornichons
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tsp flaked sea salt
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 0.5oz fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 0.3oz fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 0.3oz fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions

Step 1
Install vessel on motor base. Turn blender on by holding the power button.  

Step 2
Unscrew lid from vessel and add all ingredients in the order listed. Secure lid back on vessel. 

Step 3
To blend, press the Blend Button. One quick press and release starts blend mode (30sec). 

Step 4
When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.
