Zesty Green Herb Sauce
Tip: Serve with cold meats and raw vegetables or use as a salad dressing
NOTE: When drinking or when blade function is not in use, turn the blender OFF using the button. This ensures the blades do not accidentally activate in bags or while drinking.

Ingredients
- 1oz olive oil
- 1 1/4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 baby cornichons
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tsp flaked sea salt
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 0.5oz fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 0.3oz fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 0.3oz fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Install vessel on motor base. Turn blender on by holding the power button.
Step 2
Unscrew lid from vessel and add all ingredients in the order listed. Secure lid back on vessel.
Step 3
To blend, press the Blend Button. One quick press and release starts blend mode (30sec).
Step 4
When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.
